هنالك عدد كبير من المشاريع انجزتها الشركة ومنها
مجمع تجاري في المدائن
مجمع تجاري منشأ على 4 قطع متجاورة تتكون من طابق واحد يحتوي على 35 محل تجاري تقع قرب طاق كسرى وقد تم بيع جزء من المجمع الى مصرف الاقتصاد الاهلي والجزء المتبقي تم بيع الى احد المستثمرين العراقيين
مجمع سكني في منطقة الكرادة – زوية (خمسة دور)
خمسة دور سكنية مساحة الدار الواحدة 195 م2 تتكون من طابقين مع شارع خدمي خاص بها وقد تم بيع المجمع الى شركة بابل للانتاج السينمائي واشغل من قبلهم
بناية تجارية في منطقة ارخيتة
عمارة تجارية تتكون من طابقين يحتوي الطابق الارضي على 7 محلات تجارية والاول على 4 شقق تجارية وقد تم بيعها الى احد المستثمرين العراقيين
بنايتين تجارية في منطقة البتاويين
عمارتين تجارية تتكون من طابقين يحتوي الطابق الارضي على 16 محل تجاري والطابق الاول 6 شقق تجارية وقد تم بيعها الى احد المستثمرين العراقيين

عمارة تجارية بثلاثة طوابق (ارضي وطابقين ) يحتوي الارضي على (13) محل تطل على شارعين (شارع النضال الرئيسي والشارع الخلفي ) يحتوي كل من الطابق الاول والثاني على (6) شقق مكتبية وتم بيعها الى مصرف الموصل واشغلت من قبلهم

عمارة سكنية – تجارية ثلاثة طوابق (ارضي واول وثاني ) يحتوي الطابق الارضي على (10) محلات على الشارع العام مع اربعة شقق سكنية مدخلها من الشارع الفرعي ويحتوي كل من الطابق الاول والثاني على (7) شقق سكنية اي مجموع الشقق الكلي (18) شقة وقد تم بيع الشقق بصورة مفردة الى المواطنين

عمارة سكنية بثلاثة طوابق ( ارضي واول وثاني ) يحتوي الطابق الارضي على (7) شقق وغرفة حصينة (ملجأ) والطابق الاول والثاني كل منه (8) شقق اي المجموع 23 شقة مع بيتونة وغرفة للحراسة وتقع على شارعين وتم بيع البناية الى سوق العراق للاوراق المالية واشغلت كمقر لسوق العراق للاوراق المالية

بناية تجارية سكنية على ارض مساحتها (665) م2 تقع في منطقة الكرادة الشرقية عرصات الهندية قرب شركة اسيا سيل وتتكون البناية من سرداب مع خمسة طوابق , والسرداب مخصص موقف لسيارات شاغلي البناية وتحتوي البناية على 23 شقة وقد تم بيعها بصورة مفردة الى المواطنين
The executed projects:
There are a number of projects that were implemented by the company such as :
1- A commercial complex in Al-Mada'in
a commercial complex built on 4 pieces of lot comprised of one storey and consisted of 35 shops located near Taq Kisra ,a part of the complex was sold to Al-Iqtisad Private Bank and the remaining part was sold to one of the Iraqi investors.
2-A residential compound in Al-Karrada-Zuwiya (five houses)
Five residential houses the area or each house is 195 square meters comprised of two storeys with utility road the compound was sold to Babil Company for Cinema Production and was occupied by them .
3-Commercial building in Rkhaita
A commercial building comprised of two storeys ,the ground floor consists of 7 shops and the first 4 flats sold to one of the Iraqi investors.
4-Two commercial buildings in Al-Bataween area
Two commercial buildings comprised of two storeys , the ground floor consists of 16 shops and the first floor 6 flats sold to one of the Iraqi investors.
5-Commercial building in Al-Qasr Al-Abyadh
A commercial building of three storeys ( ground and two storeys) comprised of 13 shops overlooking two streets ( Al-Nidhal main street and the rear street) consists of the first and second floors on 6 office flats sold to Al-Mosul Bank and was occupied by them .
6-A coomercial building in Nafaq Al-Shurta area
A residence –commercial of three storeys (ground , first and second ) the ground floor comprises of 10 shops on the main street with four residence flats entrance from the rear street ,the first story consists of flat and the flats were sold separately to 18 and the second consists of 7 residence flats for citizens .
7-Residence building in Rkhaita
A residence building of three storeys (ground , first and second) the ground floor consists of 7 flats and a shelter , the first and second floor 8 flats each total 23 flats with an attic and a guarding room , located on two streets the building was sold to Al-Iraq Stock Market and was occupied as the headquarter for Iraq Stock Market .
8-Commercial building of five storeys in Al-Karrada district
A commercial residence building of five storeys (ground floor and four storeys with basement ) each floor consists of three flats with attic and guarding room and the building was sold to one of the Iraqi investors with the neighbouring house .
9-Al-Bataween building 1 at Al-Zaeem street
A residence commercial building area 963 square meters with five storeys ( ground , and four storeys with basement used as parking ) each consists of five flats except the ground floor three flats the flats were sold separately to citizens .
10-Al-Bataween building 2 in Al-Zaeem street
A residence commercial building area 1036 square meters nearby the above project and consists of five storeys ( ground ,four storeys with basement used as parking )each floor comprised of five flats except the ground floor of three flats the flats were sold separately to citizens.
11-Al-Karrada Dakhil building ( Rkhaita)
A residence commercial building area 1260 square meters opposite Layla Khatoon Waquf building comprised of five storeys (ground , and four storeys with basement used as parking ) each floor consists of eight flats except the ground floor of six flats which were sold separately to citizens.
12-Kahramana building
A residence commercial building area 1290 square meters located over the main street connecting Al-Andalus square and Kahramana square , the building is comprised of eight storeys with a basement , the basement and the first floor will be used as parking for building occupants ,each floor consists of seven flats the building was sold to on of the Iraqi investors .
13-Arsat 1 Building
Residential commercial building on a land area of (1230) m2 located in the eastern Karrada Arsat Al-Hindi Street parallel to the Tigris River near the Pharmacists Club. The building consists of a basement with nine floors ,The ground floor and the basement are designated for parking for the occupants of the building. The building contains 54 apartments, and it was sold individually to the citizens.
14-Arsat 2 Building
A commercial residential building on a land area of (665) square meters located in the eastern Karrada area, Arsat Al-Hindiyya, near the Asia Cell Company. The building consists of a basement with five floors. The basement is designated as a parking lot for the building’s occupants. The building contains 23 apartments and has been sold individually to citizens.
